Show your support for IPLAC by sponsoring an IPLAC Newsletter or by featuring your firm for an entire month of IPLAC programming.

Annual Sponsorship Opportunities

(May 2024 through April 2025)

Diamond Sponsor
$3,000

  • Exclusive sponsor of two events* of your firm's choosing that would feature your firm (DEI, Women in IP, Corporate Committee event, etc.);
  • Feature two members of your firm's choosing through an IPLAC media channel;
  • Your firm highlighted during the one-year term in an individualized post as an Annual Sponsor on social media via IPLAC's LinkedIn group; and
  • Your firm logo featured as a Diamond Sponsor:
    • at the bottom of every IPLAC email sent during the one-year term to over 1,000 recipients,
    • on welcome and thank-you slides for virtual events, and on signage at in-person events, where feasible, and
    • on the IPLAC website, which receives traffic in excess of 1,000 visitors a month.

Platinum Sponsor
$2,000

  • Exclusive sponsor of one event* of your firm's choosing that would feature your firm (DEI, Women in IP, Corporate Committee event, etc.);
    OR
    Feature one member of your firm's choosing through an IPLAC media channel; and
  • Your firm logo featured as a Platinum Sponsor:
    • at the bottom of every IPLAC email sent during the one-year term to over 1,000 recipients,
    • on welcome and thank-you slides for virtual events, and on signage at in-person events, where feasible, and
    • on the IPLAC website, which receives traffic in excess of 1,000 visitors a month.

Gold Sponsor
$1,000

  • Your firm logo featured as a Gold Sponsor:
    • at the bottom of every IPLAC email sent during the one-year term to over 1,000 recipients,
    • on welcome and thank-you slides for virtual events, and on signage at in-person events, where feasible, and
    • on the IPLAC website, which receives traffic in excess of 1,000 visitors a month.

*Events for this purpose exclude the Judges Dinner, Annual Dinner, Symposium and Field Day Events.

Sponsorship Guidelines

All firms will be first come, first served. IPLAC will award sponsorship levels based on the submission of the request. If the level or opportunity is no longer available, IPLAC will communicate with you as soon as practical and will work with you to determine appropriate next steps.
