CIPLIT Faculty Lecture: Amgen v. Sanofi (HYBRID EVENT)
Join IPLAC's Amicus Committee, Professor Joshua Sarnoff (DePaul University College of Law), John M. Augustyn (Leydig, Voit & Mayer, Ltd.) and Eric Hamp (Banner & Witcoff, Ltd.) as they provide a look at Amgen v. Sanofi, a case that recently made it to SCOTUS that deals with patent applications and enablement. Professor Sarnoff recently wrote an amicus brief in support of respondents. John Augustyn and Eric Hamp were authors (along with Charles Shifley (Banner & Witcoff, Ltd.) of IPLAC's amicus brief in Amgen v. Sanofi.
