Legal Limitations on the Doctrine of Equivalents

Join the IPLAC Biotech Committee on May 16 for a one hour of CLE presentation discussing recent cases, including biotech and pharma, which considered the doctrine of prosecution history estoppel and the doctrine of equivalents (DOE). Our speakers, Patrick Burns and Patricia Prior will lead this discussion moderated by Kate Berezutskaya.
